REGISTRATION NIGHT! 

What: This is the night to get started, Guardian needs to be present to sign paperwork.  The following items are needed

1. Registration fee of $35.
2. WFTDA (Women's Flat Track Derby Association) Fee of $40.  
3. Monthly dues of $35-40.
4. Gear - Helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, wrist guards and fitted mouth guard. Skates must be purchased within the first month.
5. Health insurance information and emergency contact information
